Leigh runs a successful real estate team in North Carolina, and is the founder/instructor of National Ethics Day. A Real Estate REvive Conference favorite, Leigh returns to host and motivate, as only she can!
Jessica Lautz, N.A.R. VP of Demographics & Behavioral Insights
Dr. Lautz will provide the 2021-22 market outlook at REvive. She received her Doctorate of Real Estate from Nottingham Trent University. As Vice President of Demographics & Behavioral Insights at the National Association of REALTORS®, she focuses on analyzing demographic trends for both NAR members and housing consumers. Through management of predictive analytics, surveys, focus groups and data analysis, Dr. Lautz presents new and innovative ways to showcase results. She also discusses research findings in major media outlets and international presentations.
Dan Smith, Author-Influencer
Dan Smith is the author of 3 books, including the #1 Best Seller “Failing Greatly, Your Guide to Achieving Success After Failure.” A top producing agent before selling his brokerage, Dan has been featured by major media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, who in 2006 named him the #9 agent in the U.S. after closing 321 transactions. An international speaker, he delivered the keynote at the 2018 World Real Estate Congress in Dubai. He’s been recognized by the National Press Club in Washington D.C. as a Real Estate Newsmaker/Influencer, and is a contributing writer to Inman News. As General Counsel and Chief Member Experience Officer, Katie is responsible for seeing that NAR programs, policies, and activities comply with the law; defends the association against legal challenges, and initiates litigation to protect/preserve association assets and policies. As NAR’s Chief Member Experience Officer, she leads initiatives to enhance member engagement & satisfaction that elevate member success and professionalism.

Katie is CEO and Co-Founder of Katie Lance Consulting and a nationally known keynote speaker. The author of the best-selling book #GetSocialSmart, she is the founder of the #GetSocialSmart Academy. Named one of the most 100 influential people in real estate by Inman News, she works with agents and brokers to achieve big results using social media without spending a lot of time or money. At REvive, she will share tips, tools and strategies for marketing yourself and your business in this post-crisis environment.

Brett is the Senior Global Trainer for Sotheby’s International Realty, a 24-year real estate veteran, and an honorably discharged United States Marine. Brett has been in real estate longer than he hasn’t and, like many others, began his career as a solo agent knocking on doors and making phone calls that resulted in an average of 40 transactions per year. Having been a broker-owner of an independent real estate firm, landlord, property manager, developer, and investor, Brett has an extensive portfolio of real estate experience.
